Darren Everett is the Managing Principal of Two Arrows Group. Two Arrows Group focuses on the acquisition, repositioning and long-term ownership of multifamily communities along the Colorado Front Range.
Prior to founding Two Arrows Group, Mr. Everett was co-founder of BMC Investments and BLDG Management. During his tenure at BMC/BLDG, Mr. Everett acquired and managed over $1.5 billion in real estate spanning 49 properties, in two states, comprised of approximately 11,000 multifamily units and 400,000 square feet of commercial.
As an active member of multiple industry associations, Mr. Everett currently serves on leadership committees for the Apartment Association of Metro Denver and the Colorado Apartment Association. Over the past several years, Mr. Everett has been appointed to task forces for both Governor Jared Polis and U.S. Senator Michael Bennet where he has helped shape housing policies at both the State and Federal level. Mr. Everett currently serves as a Governor-appointed board member for the Colorado Middle Income Housing Authority.
Mr. Everett received his Master's degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Denver and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Colorado. He is an active partner with Warren Village, a Denver-based non-profit that provides a two-generation social supportive services model to low-income families.
Sam Levy is a Principal at Two Arrows Group and oversees underwriting, deal structuring and capitalization strategy. Prior to Two Arrows Group, Sam was a founding principal at Flagstaff Capital managing various Denver investments and helped Homebound, a national homebuilder, deploy a nationwide development strategy.
Prior to founding Flagstaff, Sam was Vice President of BMC Investments where he focused on multifamily acquisitions and development. At BMC, Sam was instrumental in the acquisition and asset management of more than 6,000 multifamily units and the development of more than $500M in multifamily, office, and hotel projects.
Prior to BMC, Sam worked at Amstar, a real estate private equity firm, where he focused on multifamily, office, retail and industrial properties within Amstar’s U.S. portfolio, in addition to a large retail development in Montevideo, Uruguay. Sam received a degree in Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Cole Hoholik is an Associate at Two Arrows Group where he brings over four years of experience across business development and investment analysis. Cole is responsible for sourcing and underwriting new investment opportunities through an extensive network of principal owners and the Colorado multifamily brokerage community.
Prior to joining Two Arrows Group, Cole was Director of Business Development at Plutoshift, an artificial intelligence platform. In this role, he analyzed use cases for the AI platform and was instrumental in growing revenue through Fortune 500 clients which allowed the company to achieve its Series A fundraise.
Prior to Plutoshift, Cole worked as an analyst with Lion Equity in Denver, where he assisted business development and acquisition efforts. Cole received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Marketing from the University of Denver.
